Welcome to the KDailyLife Creator & Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms govern participation by approved influencers, bloggers, content creators, publishers, and referral partners (“Affiliates,” “Creators,” or “you”).

By applying to the Program and accepting these Terms, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Program Overview

The KDailyLife Creator & Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote eligible KDailyLife products through authorized content, referral links, and promotional codes.

Participants may earn commissions on qualifying purchases attributed to their promotional activities.

Participation is free unless otherwise expressly disclosed and agreed upon.

Program approval does not guarantee earnings, complimentary products, paid sponsorships, or future collaboration opportunities.

2. Eligibility and Application

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.

  • Provide accurate contact, website, and social media information.

  • Maintain content channels that comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

  • Agree to follow the FTC’s endorsement and advertising disclosure requirements.

  • Provide valid payment and tax information when required.

KDailyLife may review applications based on content quality, audience relevance, authenticity, brand suitability, and compliance history.

We reserve the right to approve or reject applications using lawful, non-discriminatory criteria.

3. Enrollment and Approval

Submitting an application does not automatically establish an Affiliate relationship.

Approved participants may receive access to an affiliate dashboard, authorized referral links, promotional codes, product information, and marketing resources.

Affiliates must keep their account information accurate and must not transfer their accounts without written authorization.

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates are established in the Affiliate Dashboard or in a separate written offer accepted by the Affiliate.

Applicable commission rates may vary by product, campaign, or participant.

A qualifying sale generally requires:

  1. A valid customer order attributed to the Affiliate through an approved tracking method.

  2. Successful payment.

  3. No disqualifying cancellation, refund, chargeback, or fraudulent activity.

  4. Satisfaction of the applicable validation and return-review period.

Commissions are calculated on the eligible product purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping charges, refunds, and other excluded amounts specified in the applicable commission offer.

The commission rate, cookie duration, payout threshold, payout schedule, and attribution rules must be disclosed to the Affiliate before promotional activity begins.

5. Tracking Links, Coupons, and Attribution

KDailyLife may track referrals through affiliate links, cookies, promotional codes, UTM parameters, or other approved attribution technologies.

Tracking may be affected by browser settings, privacy preferences, ad blockers, device changes, and technical limitations.

The Program’s attribution rules, including referral windows and the treatment of multiple referral sources, will be disclosed through the Affiliate Dashboard or applicable campaign terms.

A promotional code does not automatically guarantee commission attribution unless specifically configured and approved for that purpose.

Affiliates must not manipulate tracking systems, force cookies, generate artificial clicks, or misrepresent referral sources.

6. Commission Validation and Payment

Commissions may initially appear as pending while orders are reviewed.

KDailyLife may adjust or reverse commissions associated with refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, duplicate orders, fraud, or other clearly disclosed ineligible transactions.

Approved commissions will be paid according to the payout schedule and minimum threshold communicated to the Affiliate.

Payment methods, currencies, processing fees, and applicable tax documentation requirements will be disclosed before payment becomes due.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with their applicable tax obligations.

KDailyLife will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned under an accepted offer except for disclosed adjustments, errors, fraud, or other grounds permitted by law.

7. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection to KDailyLife, including commissions, complimentary products, payments, discounts, or other incentives.

Disclosures must be easy for consumers to notice and understand and must appear close to the relevant endorsement.

Examples include:

Affiliate content:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

Gifted products:
“KDailyLife sent me this product for free.”

Paid sponsorships:
“This video is sponsored by KDailyLife.”

Disclosure requirements apply across websites, blogs, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other promotional channels.

Platform-provided paid partnership labels may be used, but Affiliates remain responsible for ensuring that disclosures are adequate.

Disclosures must not be hidden among unrelated hashtags, buried in a profile, or placed where ordinary consumers are unlikely to see them.

8. Content Standards and Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must create honest, accurate, and lawful promotional content.

The following are prohibited:

  • False or misleading product claims.

  • Fabricated reviews or testimonials.

  • Misrepresentation of product performance or availability.

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or unlawful advertising.

  • Unauthorized use of KDailyLife trademarks or impersonation of the company.

  • Fraudulent orders, self-referral manipulation, or artificial traffic.

  • Unauthorized coupon distribution or coupon-site activity that violates campaign rules.

  • False claims of official endorsement or employment.

  • Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

  • Advertising practices that violate applicable platform policies.

Affiliates must not make medical, safety, performance, or other objective claims that lack adequate substantiation.

9. Product Samples and Sponsored Collaborations

Complimentary samples and paid collaborations are not guaranteed.

Any sample arrangement, content deliverables, deadlines, payment, usage rights, or exclusivity requirements must be agreed upon separately.

Receiving a complimentary product does not require an Affiliate to provide a positive review.

All reviews and endorsements must reflect genuine experiences and honest opinions.

KDailyLife may request correction or removal of content that is unlawful, materially inaccurate, or inconsistent with agreed campaign requirements.

10. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

KDailyLife grants approved Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use authorized logos, product photographs, and promotional materials solely for approved Program activities.

Affiliates retain ownership of their independently created content unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

KDailyLife may share or repost Affiliate content only where permitted by applicable platform features, law, or a separate content license.

Paid advertising usage, whitelisting, editing rights, and perpetual content licensing require separate authorization.

11. Brand Bidding and Paid Advertising

Affiliates may not impersonate KDailyLife in search advertisements, domain names, or social media accounts.

Use of KDailyLife trademarks in paid search campaigns, branded keywords, or advertising account names requires prior written permission.

Affiliates must not engage in deceptive redirects, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized advertising practices.

12. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent promotional partners.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership.

Affiliates are responsible for their own business expenses, applicable taxes, and compliance obligations.

Nothing in this section overrides an employment classification required by applicable law.

13. Privacy and Customer Data

Affiliates must not collect, misuse, disclose, or retain customer personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate authorization.

Customer order information and non-public Program data must be handled confidentially.

Affiliates must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and data protection laws.

KDailyLife’s collection and processing of Affiliate information are described in its Privacy Policy.

14. Program Changes and Termination

KDailyLife may update Program rules, commission offers, or promotional eligibility with appropriate notice.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

Either party may terminate participation by providing written notice.

KDailyLife may immediately suspend or terminate an account for material fraud, unlawful conduct, or serious policy violations.

Following termination, valid commissions earned before termination remain payable subject to applicable validation rules and lawful adjustments.

Affiliates must stop using Program links and unauthorized marketing materials after termination.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDailyLife is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Program participation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or eliminates the obligation to pay valid earned commissions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Participants are encouraged to contact KDailyLife before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
